DDRx RAM test - Memtester

這是個標準的 memory tester，源自於 x86 Linux 的測試軟體，並符合 GPL license
一般用 Ubuntu 的開機光碟，就可以在開機階段，直接跳到 memtester，而不用進入 User mode

因為需求，也很容易的可以移植到 ARM 環境裡
指令很簡單，不多講
